Tracking Your Order

Want to know where your parcel is? As soon as your order leaves our facility, a Colissimo tracking number is sent to you by email. You can then track its progress in real time on the Colissimo website.

Returns and Refunds

Would you like to return an item to us? No problem. You have 30 days from the receipt of your parcel to make a return. The costs are entirely covered by SNEAKERS GALLERY, thanks to the prepaid label already slipped into your package. To start the process, write to us at contact@sneakers-gallery.com, indicating your order number.
